An ultra-modern and inventive
production process

Using its years of experience and technical expertise, Mevlana has
developed its own fully automated, state-of-the-art döner kebab
production line. The minced meat is processed in a vacuum in this
unique kebab machine. The speed of the process enables the
temperature of the meat to be kept lower than during a manual
or traditional process, and the fact that it is computer-
controlled ensures consistency. The entire production process
is performed at sub-zero temperatures and prevents bacterial
growth. All end products are stored in deep-freeze cells with
constant, electronically controlled temperatures and humidity.
